Launched in 2010 by “So You Think You Can Dance” co-creator and DFF co-president Nigel Lythgoe, National Dance Day is an annual celebration that takes place on the last Saturday in July. This grassroots campaign encourages Americans to embrace dance as a fun and positive way to maintain good health and fight obesity.

Buti yoga is movement practice that fuses power yoga, primal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body (and soul), training the core using the Spiral Structure technique.
This 90 minute workshop will teach you how to execute the fundamental poses and movements in a typical Buti Yoga class and educate you on the purpose of each. In addition, you will experience a full cardio-intensive class.
Buti Yoga is all about inclusitivy and sisterhood. You will be welcome with open arms no matter your level of fitness. All are welcome: both new students and those seeking a refresher course. I look forward to connecting with you and continuing to grow the Montauk Buti Tribe!
