Rachel Haab | Tumbling

Rachel Haab had been a local on the Eastern End of Long Island since kindergarten. She studied Early Childhood Special Education with Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Vermont. Shortly after graduation, Rachel became a certified Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist and is loving every minute of it!

Rachel has been using her knowledge from her college education and personal training to create a safe and motivating environment for children to improve their confidence. Growing up, Rachel tried almost every sport. A few of her favorites, are still; dance, gymnastics, volleyball, and track.

Movement has always been a huge part of her life for as long as she can remember. Her mom has always been very active and set a great example as a role model for her as a child. Movement has helped Rachel build her skillset along with tremendously improving her self-esteem and confidence. Trusting the process is the biggest lesson she learned to this day. She has learned that focusing on progress over perfection is essential, it is so easy to get discouraged. Her goal is to teach children the power of hard work, consistency, and a positive mindset through tumbling. Rachel is so excited to be passing on her knowledge about gymnastics, training, and her passion for helping others through these classes!
